“He knows Me So Well” Nwannah Credits His Coach After Winning 1X Bet Cup Highest Goal Scorer Award

The 2024 1X Bet Cup Highest Goal Scorer, Okechukwu Nwannah credited his success to his coach, Olagunju Nathaniel of FC Bethel.

Nwannah scored two goals in the final match of the 1X bet Cup which helped FC Bethel to defeat Gunners Link FC 2-1 on this week’s Thursday at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan Lagos.

Nwannah had four goals in the first three matches during the group stages and overcame a dry run of three games leading to the final before scoring a brace on the final to take his tally to six goals which is good enough to win the Top Shot award of the competition.

Nwannah described Coach Nathaniel Olagunju as a nice coach who tells him and the rest of what to do on the pitch to get the desired result.
