Libya will be without at least two of their top stars for next month’s 2025 AFCON qualifier against the Super Eagles due to suspension.
Experienced midfielder Faisal Al Badri, who scored against Benin last month, was booked in the AFCON qualifiers against Rwanda and Benin.
Another experienced campaigner, Magdi Arteeba, will also serve a one-match ban after his bookings against both Benin and Rwanda.
Super Eagles welcome Libya to Uyo on October 11, before they travel to the North African country four days later.
Nigeria top Group D on four points, while Libya are bottom with a point.
