2025 AFCONQ: ‘I Want To Win A Trophy With Eagles’  –Aina

Super Eagles defender Ola Aina has expressed his desire to win a trophy with the senior national team.

The Nottingham Forest star, who is part of the Nigerian squad that will face Libya in a 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier, stated this in an interview with Dangolo TV.

He also noted that the current caliber of players in the Super Eagles has what it takes to deliver a trophy.

“It’s a privilege to play for the Super Eagles. It’s a dream for a lot of Nigerians. To be selected is a privilege, so I’m always happy.

“I want to win a trophy with the national team, whatever trophy, World Cup or Africa Cup of Nations. I think winning a trophy with the Super Eagles and with this team that we have now will be the best thing.”
