The Action Alliance (AA) candidate, Uzodinma Nwafor, has been declared the winner of the chairmanship election in Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Justice Adolphus Enebeli (retd.), Chairman of the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission, announced the results on Sunday in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
Enebeli also confirmed that the Action Alliance secured all 19 councillorship seats in Etche Local Government.
