Barcelona Defeat Real Madrid 4-0 To Extend La Liga Lead

Barcelona produced a stunning second-half performance to brush aside Real Madrid 4-0 at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday night.

The Blaugrana scored four second-half goals to blow their rivals away to extend their lead on top of the La Liga table to six points.

The defeat also ended Real Madrid’s run of 43 matches unbeaten in the league, which would have equalled the record set by Barcelona between April 2017 and May 2018.

Barcelona have won 10 out of their first 11 games in the league this season, scoring 37 goals and conceding 10 to lead Real Madrid by six points.

Lewandoski has scored 14 goals in 11 games in the league to lead the Blaugrana’s title charge.
