TODAY’S TRANSFORMATIONAL TRUTH 30TH OCTOBER 2024 – #Do It Afraid

Hello Friends,

I hope you’re ready to take bold steps today! On Triple T, we’re embracing a theme that speaks to courage and action: #DO IT AFRAID.

Let me begin by saying, “Courage is not the absence of fear, but the decision to move forward despite it.” Life often presents us with challenges that can be intimidating, but the key is to take action regardless of our fears. The Ultimate Book reminds us in 2 Timothy 1:7, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.” Friends, “When you act despite your fears, you unlock new levels of strength and resilience.”

Consider the inspiring story of Mary Onyali, a renowned Nigerian sprinter and Olympian. Growing up in Nigeria, Mary faced numerous obstacles, including limited resources and the pressure of competition. Despite her talent, she struggled with self-doubt and the fear of not measuring up to expectations.

However, Mary made a courageous decision: she would chase her dreams of becoming a world-class athlete. She trained rigorously, often overcoming her fears of failure and the pressure to succeed. When she represented Nigeria in the Olympics and World Championships, she did so with the knowledge that fear was part of the journey. Each race she competed in was an opportunity to confront her fears head-on.

Mary’s perseverance paid off as she achieved significant milestones, including winning medals at international competitions and inspiring countless young athletes in Nigeria. Her journey reminds us that “Doing it afraid is often the first step toward greatness.”

As people of faith, we are reminded that “God walks with us through our fears.” (Isaiah 41:10). Friends, “When you choose to act in faith, trusting that God is with you, you empower yourself to overcome any obstacle.”

As I conclude, let me encourage you that “Your greatest breakthroughs often come on the other side of fear.” Embrace your fears, take that leap of faith, and remember that every step you take, even when afraid, leads you closer to your dreams.

In conclusion, I urge you today to DO IT AFRAID. Let go of the fear that holds you back and take action toward your goals and dreams.
