Champions Enugu Rangers beat hosts Ikorodu City 1-0 and Enyimba outscored Lobi Stars 2-1 in rescheduled NPFL games played today.

Both Rangers and Enyimba had their matches re-arranged die to their international engagements.

Match winner for Rangers was Chinemerem Ugwueze, who found target after 25 minutes at Ikorodu City.

In the other game, Enyimba raced into a 2-0 lead with goals by Chinedu Ufere on 13 minutes and Eze Ekwutoziem from the penalty spot after 16 minutes of action.

Waheed Adebayo netted Lobi consolation goal in the 36th minute.

This has catapulted Enyimba to fourth on the table with six points from two matches.
