Former Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp has confirmed his upcoming role at RedBull, marking his return to the world of football in a unique capacity.

Starting from January 1, 2025, Jurgen Klopp will assume the position of Head of Global Soccer at Red Bull, a significant move that has garnered widespread attention within the football community.

He emphasized the opportunity to leverage his extensive experience in the sport and contribute to its development on a global scale.

“Hi, some of you might have heard already, some of you won’t. From 1st of January 2025, I will be head of global soccer at RedBull”, Klopp announced, underscoring his eagerness to share his knowledge and insights to advance the sport as a whole.

Reflecting on his illustrious career, Klopp conveyed his desire to delve deeper into the intricacies of football, a pursuit that was often constrained by the relentless demands of coaching.

“…In my career, I fought for a promotion, I fought against relegation, I fought for titles and I fought for trophies”, he said.

“Sometimes we failed, sometimes we succeeded and dealing with that is not easy, but it’s possible.

“Then I want to learn again because when you’re in the job and you have to play every three days, you barely have time for that. And now I have time and I have the opportunity.
