Mbappe Wins Real Madrid’s Player Of The Month Award For September

French captain Kylian Mbappe has won Real Madrid’s Player of the Month award for his September performances.

Mbappe, who joined Madrid in the summer, beat Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo, Dani Carvajal and Eder Militao for the prize.

The former Paris Saint-Germain star scored in all five of the Whites’ games he was available for last month.

He scored twice against Real Betis and once against Real Sociedad, Stuttgart, Espanyol and Alaves each.

Overall, the 25-year-old has seven goals and one assist in 11 appearances for the Spanish giants.

In August, the prize was won by Uruguayan midfielder Federico Valverde.
