NDLEA recovers illicit dr¥gs from underground storage in Lekki, Lagos

A total of 11,786 p#lls of tram@dol, m@lly, rohypnol and diazepam as well as 64 bottles of cod+ine syrup were recovered from the underground storage dug by a suspect identified as Muhammad Warnos Abdullahi in his bedroom at Marwa Coastal road, Lekki Phase 1 Lagos.

This was revealed in a signed statement by the agency’s Director, Media & Advocacy, Femi Babafemi on Sunday, October 27, 2024.

The NDLEA officers raided Abdullahi’s home on Friday 25th October. The suspect dug the illicit dr¥g storage deep in his room, covered it with padlocked iron slate, a rug and then put his mattress on top to avoid detection.
