Nigerian lady stuck in contorted pose during stretch exercise (WATCH)

A Nigerian lady’s stretching routine took an unexpected turn when she became stuck while using a stretch band.

The lady @the_flexible_faithia was doing her usual stretch when she had an unfortunate occurrence, as seen in a video posted online. She reported becoming locked in a contortion stance while utilizing a stretch band to increase her flexibility.

The video recorded @the_flexible_faithia wearing the stretch band with her legs apart and her hands entwined at the back.

She tried to keep her flexibility with the band, but she was trapped. She struggled to get her body detangled before having to admit her anxiety.

The lady quickly called for her mum to assist her in leaving the situation.

Viewers have raised concerns over the woman’s startling posture, with many asking what would happen to her if no one was home to assist her.
