Opeyemi Famakin spares Wizkid, criticizes Ayra Starr’s handling of champagne flute

Opeyemi Famakin, a well-known Nigerian food critic who claims to be the biggest in Africa, gained attention while doing what he enjoys—offering critiques.

Famakin, famous for pointing out how people incorrectly hold champagne glasses, found himself trending after calling out another instance of bad technique.

In a post on his verified Instagram, Famakin shared a video showing Ayra Starr, Wizkid, and another person at an event.

He criticized Ayra Starr for how she held her champagne glass and also commented on another individual’s technique.

However, he did not directly mention Wizkid, who was also holding his glass incorrectly. In the voice-over, Famakin said, “he did not call any other person’s name o,” adding in his caption, “Tule Jare, I did not call anybody’s name.”
