Controversial cleric, Prophet Odumeje has sparked serious discussions on social media after revealing that he has been engaged in fasting and prayer since 1996.

While addressing the congregation during a recent church service, Odumeje stressed the depth of his commitment to his spiritual beliefs.

He revealed how his total dedication to prayer has led to his reduced food intake.

In his words:

“Since 1996, I’ve been in fasting and prayer till today.”

I’m not a man of food. That is why when you come to my house, nobody will ask you, do you want to eat?”
