Flamingos 1-0 Dominican Republic
Onyedikachi Ekezie, Peace Effiong, and Harmony Chidi were replaced by Rokibat Azeez, Blessing Ifitezue, and Ramotalahi Kareem in Coach Bankole Olowookere's three-man starting lineup.
In the two teams' last Group A play at the FIFA U17 Women's World Cup on Wednesday morning, Shakirat Moshood scored a 24-yard goal in the 89th minute to give Nigeria all three points against a determined Dominican Republic team.
The Flamingos' victory puts them three points ahead of Ecuador, who defeated New Zealand 4-0 to end with six points and set up a match against Spain on Sunday.
As expected, Nigeria will play the USA in the quarterfinals on Saturday.

Nigeria's under-17 women's national football team known as the Flamingos are set to return to action on the pitch against their counterparts from the Unikted States of America (USA).
Both teams met at the same stage of the last edition as Flamingos placed third at the 2022 FIFA U-17 women's World Cup in India but they plan to improve for this tournament.
Flamingos beat New Zealand
The Flamingos started their campaign by recording a 4-1 victory against their counterparts from New Zealand.
They took the lead as early as the second minute when Shakirat Abidemi Moshood converted a ball through by Harmony Chidi.
In the 13th minute, Khadijat Taiwo Adegoke scored the second for the Flamingos assisted by Faridat Abdulwahab.
Abdulwahab would score the third in the 28th minute assisted by Moshood.
In the 55th minute, the Flamingos got their fourth through Taiwo Tewogbola Afolabi assisted by Adegoke.
New Zealand would pull one back in the 60th minute when Hannah Aimee Saxon scored assisted by Ela Jerez.
Flamingos beat Ecuador
The Flamingos recorded a 4-0 victory against Ecuador in their second group game.
Nigeria went in front through a penalty converted by Shakirat Abidemi Moshood in the 28th minute.
The Flamingos doubled their lead through Chidera Harmony Chidi in the 54th minute assisted by Aishat Animashaun.
In the 66th minute, Peace Mary Effiong added a third to ensure the three points.
Chidi then found Moshood for her second of the game and fourth for the Flamingos deep into stoppage time.

USA route to quarterfinals
In their opening match, the USA Under-17 Women's Youth National Team gave Spain all they had for the majority of the match before losing 3-1 to the two-time defending champion.
With a 2-0 victory over Colombia in the second Group B match, the USA won to stay in the running for the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup.
In their third game, Melanie Barcenas scored two goals, and the USA easily defeated Korea Republic 5-0 at the Estadio Cibao FC to advance to the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup quarterfinals.
