**TODAY'S TRANSFORMATIONAL TRUTH 22ND SEPTEMBER 2024 - #Make Your Contacts Count**

Hello Friends,

I hope you’re having a purposeful day! Today on Triple T, we’re exploring the theme *#MAKE YOUR CONTACTS COUNT*.

Let me begin by saying, *"Your network is your net worth."* The people you surround yourself with have a significant impact on your life, your goals, and your success. But simply knowing people is not enough—you need to cultivate meaningful relationships and leverage your contacts in ways that benefit both you and them. The Ultimate Book says in Proverbs 27:17, *"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."* Hear this, friends, *"The right connections can sharpen you, inspire you, and open doors of opportunity you never imagined."*

Let’s take a moment to reflect on the story of Oprah Winfrey. Oprah’s rise to global stardom was not by accident. In the early stages of her career, she was hosting a low-rated TV show in Chicago. But Oprah was strategic—she recognized the power of networking and connecting with key people who could help propel her career forward. In 1984, she built a strong relationship with Roger Ebert, the famous film critic, who convinced her to syndicate her talk show. That one piece of advice completely changed the trajectory of her career, turning *The Oprah Winfrey Show* into a national success.

But Oprah didn’t stop there. She continued to build connections with media moguls, actors, and entrepreneurs like Maya Angelou, Gayle King, and Tyler Perry, who helped her expand her reach and influence. Oprah’s ability to leverage her network enabled her to launch her own production company, *Harpo Studios*, and eventually her own TV network, *OWN*. Friends, *"Success is rarely achieved alone; it often comes from the strength of your connections."* Oprah’s story shows that nurturing the right relationships can unlock opportunities you never thought possible.

**As people of faith**, it’s essential to remember that *"God places certain people in our lives for a purpose."* In Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, it says, *"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor. If either of them falls down, one can help the other up."* Friends, *"The relationships we build should not only help us grow but also empower us to lift others as we rise."* God often works through people to bring us to new levels of success and influence, and it’s our responsibility to be good stewards of these relationships.

As I conclude, let me remind you: *"The quality of your relationships determines the quality of your life."* Don’t just accumulate contacts; invest in your relationships. Be intentional about connecting with people who share your values, uplift your spirit, and challenge you to grow. And remember, *"It’s not just about what others can do for you, but how you can add value to the lives of those in your network."*

In conclusion, I encourage you today to *MAKE YOUR CONTACTS COUNT*. Strengthen your relationships, be a resource to others, and leverage the power of your network to achieve your goals and help others achieve theirs. You never know how a single connection can transform your life and the lives of those around you.
