Specifically, VDM disputes the government’s claim that 50kg bags of rice are sold for N40,000, citing market prices exceeding N70,000.

He dared the government to provide evidence of where the bags can be purchased at that particular price.

VDM also criticizes the government’s announcement of increased NYSC allowances to N77,000, contrasting it with the actual N33,000 allowance.

He cautions that continued economic disparities and perceived misinformation may lead to unforeseen public protests, emphasizing that such actions will not be preceded by warnings.
