Vice President Kashim Shettima will represent Nigeria on a two-day visit to Sweden, following an invitation from President Bola Tinubu
The trip aims to bolster bilateral ties and explore cooperation opportunities.
Shettima’s agenda includes high-level meetings with Swedish officials, such as Crown Princess Victoria and the Prime Minister, focusing on ICT and innovation, education and digitalization, sustainable transport, mining and agriculture.
He will also engage with key stakeholders, including Norrsken, a venture capital impact investor, to discuss their $205 million tech investment fund for Africa.
The Vice President will present Nigeria’s economic vision, highlighting the administration’s efforts to create a business-friendly environment and showcasing investment opportunities in Africa’s largest economy.
The visit seeks to strengthen Nigeria-Sweden relations, promote economic growth, and attract investment.
