He died after battling an illness.

Yeye Bose Akinola, TAMPAN Governor in Oyo State, confirmed the news. Olabiyi was hospitalized at University College Hospital (UCH) in Ibadan after missing a September movie shoot due to health issues.

As TAMPAN’s National Secretary, Olabiyi’s passing has sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry. Yeye Bose Akinola expressed condolences:
