Youtuber, Korty Cries Out at Davido’s Team for Telling Her Not to Post Interview Video with Singer After Filming

A spat has erupted between Nigerian YouTuber Korty EO and Davido’s team over a previously recorded interview. Korty, known for her celebrity-driven show, took to X to express her frustration and disappointment.

In a series of passionate tweets, Korty revealed that Davido’s team had initially instructed her to re-edit the interview. However, they later withdrew their agreement, citing unspecified reasons. According to Korty, the team insisted she must not upload the video.

The content creator voiced her exasperation with celebrities who waste her time by agreeing to interviews, only to retract their consent later. Korty emphasized her commitment to her craft and her audience, stating that she wouldn’t compromise her values for anyone.

Venting on X, she wrote:

“They agreed that i should re-edit this video and now have said i must not post the video for reasons i still don’t understand. i am not scared of anyone, but i am wise enough to stay out of battles i’m not equipped for”

“I’ve filmed so many artists who eventually tell me not to post the video. if you don’t want people to see you for who you are, please do not come on my show. stop wasting my time.”

Reacting to Korty’s rant, One @swagpriest1  wrote: “You putting it out like they begged you…you literally asked them to be on your show.”

In response, she fired back strongly at the netizen, she wrote: “ode they reached out to me. but you can’t relate cos all you’ve ever done in your miserable life is beg & tweet like the ignorant fool you are.”
