In-form Kano Pillars captain Ahmed Musa misses out of the Nigeria's squad to face Ghana in a two-legged tie.

Kano Pillars superstar Ahmed Musa has been ruled out of the Super Eagles B 2025 African Nations Championship qualifying fixture against Ghana.

Coach Augustine Eguavoen called 35 players to camp, including Remo Stars’ wing-back Ismail Sadiq, Kano Pillars’ forward Zikifilu Rabiu, and Enugu Rangers’ attacking midfielder Kazeem Ogunleye.

The first leg of the fixture is scheduled for December 20-22, with the return leg taking place a week later.

The winner of the two-legged affair will secure a place in the eighth edition of the competition, exclusively for players in their domestic leagues.
