The highly anticipated all-British showdown at Wembley Stadium ended in a fifth-round knockout, cementing Dubois’ position as a formidable force in the division.

Joshua struggled against Dubois’ might, hitting the canvas in the first and third rounds.

The decisive blow came in the fifth round when a straight right hand sent Joshua crashing face-first to the canvas. The referee promptly waved off the fight as Joshua’s corner threw in the towel.

In the aftermath of his victory, Dubois triumphantly asked the record post-war boxing crowd of over 98,000 fans, “Are you not entertained?”

He reflected on his journey, calling this win “my time, my redemption story.” Dubois vowed to continue pushing himself to reach his full potential.

Having claimed the IBF title after Oleksandr Usyk’s vacancy in June, Dubois has solidified his status as a top heavyweight contender.

His options for future bouts are now wide open, with potential matchups including a rematch with Joshua, the winner of the Usyk vs. Fury rematch, or a unification title class.

Dubois’ impressive performance has sent shockwaves through the boxing world, leaving fans eagerly anticipating his next move.
