Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has shut down reports of her being evicted from her Lagos house by her Landlord over unpaid rent.

Popular Instagram blogger Cutie Jullss alleged that the actress was thrown out of her rented house over unpaid rent. The blogger claimed that Angela has been owing up to two years rent, and has been avoiding her landlord because of her inability to pay for her rent.

Reacting to it, in a series of posts on her Instagram story, Angela shut down the report as she noted how no Lagos landlord would allow anyone to stay in their house for 2 years without rent. She claimed that she wasn’t around when her bags were thrown out.

“My people, if you live in Lagos, no landlord will allow you to live in his house for 2 years without rent. I wasn’t even around when they did what they did; my boys were already packing out; why are they trying to tell Cutie Juls that they evicted me? The thunder wey go fire you, just wait I dey come Live”.

In another post, she claimed that the industry and her unfriendly friends are trying to use the blogger to defame her.

“Cutie Juls as frat hair full ur pumpum.
You no still get sense, how dare you?
The industry and unfriendly friends have used you for a long time.
I am coming for you big time, make sure you have proof of everything you are saying. Did I ever tell you I bought the house I am living in in Lekki County? I have other houses I bought, I have never told you I bought the house, what is wrong with people”

In another post, she claimed that as of last year, her artist fee was $20,000 as she questioned how she could be living a fake lifestyle.

“As of last year, my artist fee is over 20 thousand dollars. How are my living a fake life? My lifestyle is too expensive, from my outfits to my lifestyle is expensive, and these local champs can’t deal with it. Did I lie about my cars or houses? If I buy a house, I don’t even post; if I buy cars, I don’t post. You just see me using my properties and my stuff. I don’t need anybody’s validation. I don’t tell people what I am doing, I am a private person, but if you carry fight comes, we stand gidigba.
Somebody cannot pack in peace? Na wano Nigerians una no dey try at all.
Report any page that is bent on bringing people down; they are part of the plan, make una watch them, make sure bottles dey fly before they divide this country”.

In a fourth post, she noted how happy some of her colleagues were about the negative news.

“If you see how some of my colleagues are happy with that nonsense those idiots are writing? The more you spend money to bring me down, the more am going higher.
Most times is a free advert, y’all are doing.
Confused admirers, even 100 million of you can never bring me down, get a life, leave Angela alone Ndi Nzuzu.
Seems y’all can’t do without me, all of you obsessed with me, you can’t breathe, I go seize all of una breath. I never start. Ndi ara”.
