The Governor of Borno State, Babagana Zulum, has commended the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA)’s unwavering commitment to ensuring security and safety within the aviation sector.

The Governor expressed his commendation during a formal visit to the office of the Acting Director General of the NCAA, Captain Chris Najomo, in Abuja.

Zulum added that Najomo has ensured improved compliance with flight regulations and safety issues to enhance the civil aviation industry in Nigeria.

Speaking, Captain Najomo reiterated his dedication to improving the ease of doing business to bolster the country’s GSP through advancements in the aviation sector.

“As the Acting Director General of Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority NCAA, my priority is to prioritize ‘ease of doing business’ without compromising safety and security.”

Captain Najomo commiserated with the Governor over the recent flood incident in the State and praised the developmental strides achieved by the Governor before the duo went into a private meeting focusing on areas of mutual benefit.
