Arne Slot’s side extended their winning streak to nine out of ten games since he succeeded Jurgen Klopp. However, the win came at a cost as goalkeeper Alisson Becker suffered a late injury.

The only goal of the game came in the 9th minute when Diogo Jota scored from Cody Gakpo’s cross. Despite dominating possession, Liverpool failed to capitalize on their chances.

Palace, still winless, pushed for an equalizer in the final stages, but debutant Vitezslav Jaros made crucial saves to secure the win.

Liverpool faces a challenging run of fixtures after the international break, including matches against Chelsea, Arsenal, Aston Villa, and Manchester City.
