El Classico: Real Madrid Players ruled out against Barcelona

Real Madrid will be without some of its key players ahead of the El Clasico game against Barcelona at Camp Nou.

Two of Real Madrid's first-team players ( Thibaut Courtois and Rodrygo) suffered an injury in the UEFA Champions League against Borussia Dortmund.

Rodrygo will undergo an MRI scan to assess the extent of his injury and the length of time he will be out, but there is optimism around the club that it is a minor issue and that he could feature in next week's match at Valencia.

Real Madrid are already without captain Dani Carvajal and defender David Alaba, both recovering from ACL tears, for the visit of league leaders Barcelona on Saturday. However, there is a bit of good news for the Galacticos as Brahim Diaz resumed training this week after being sidelined for more than a month with a leg injury and could be available to play against Barca.

Barcelona led Real Madrid with three points, a win for the Galacticos will put them on the same points with the Catalonias.
