Foden returns to scoring ways as Man City thrash Slovan Bratislava

Phil Foden picked his scoring form as Manchester City delivered a dominant 4-0 win over Slovan Bratislava in the Champions League.

Foden’s strike, coupled with goals from İlkay Gündogan, Erling Haaland and James McAtee, ensured City claimed all three points in the encounter.

Gündogan opened the scoring in the 8th minute, benefiting from a deflection off Kyriakos Savvidis for his first goal since returning to City.

Foden doubled the lead in the 15th minute, curling in a strike after a fine pass from Jérémy Doku.
