Lobi Stars technical adviser, Daniel Amokachi made goalkeeper Daniel Atsaka the scapegoat following the team’s 4-3 defeat to Ikorodu City in an NPFL math on Monday.
Amokachi was visibly frustrated on the touchline throughout the match and made the decision to substitute Atsaka after the team conceded a fourth goal.
The first-choice goalkeeper was replaced by Emmanuel Daniel in the 59th minute.
Atsaka was close to tears as he left the pitch, but received no handshake from the coach.
Amokachi who was named Technical Adviser of Lobi Stars on October 6, replacing the sacked coach Eugene Agbagbe, has failed to secure a win in his first four matches in charge.
