TODAY’S TRANSFORMATIONAL TRUTH 16TH OCTOBER 2024 – #Grow in Grace

Hello Friends,

I hope you’re feeling empowered today! On Triple T, we’re embracing a theme that encourages us to grow and mature spiritually and in life: #GROW IN GRACE.

Let me begin by saying, “Growth in life requires grace.” So, as we strive for success, we must also be open to God’s grace, which empowers us to go further than we could ever achieve on our own.Thats why the Ultimate Book in 2 Peter 3:18, says “But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” Friends, “When you grow in grace, you’re not just relying on your own strength; you’re tapping into divine empowerment to reach heights you never thought possible.”

Consider the story of Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG). Pastor Adeboye didn’t start out in the high position he holds today. In fact, he was a humble mathematics lecturer at the University of Lagos when he began attending RCCG services. He wasn’t initially drawn to the idea of ministry, but over time, he felt God’s calling on his life.

The transition from academia to ministry was not smooth, but Pastor Adeboye leaned on God’s grace every step of the way. When the founder of RCCG, Pa Josiah Akindayomi, passed away, many questioned whether the young and relatively inexperienced Adeboye could fill his shoes. Yet, Adeboye didn’t rely solely on his knowledge or capabilities. He chose to grow in grace, spending countless hours in prayer, fasting, and seeking God’s wisdom. He knew that what lay ahead was far beyond his natural abilities.

Today, RCCG is one of the largest churches in the world, with millions of members across the globe. Pastor Adeboye’s story reminds us that “Grace doesn’t just equip you for where you are—it prepares you for where you’re going.” By trusting in God’s grace, Adeboye was able to grow into a global spiritual leader, and his influence continues to touch lives worldwide.

As people of faith, we are reminded in 2 Corinthians 12:9, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Friends, “When you choose to grow in grace, you allow God to take the lead, and in doing so, you step into His strength.” The journey isn’t always easy, but grace enables us to persevere, grow, and thrive even in the face of challenges.

As I conclude, let me remind you that “Growth without grace is striving, but growth with grace is thriving.” Whether you’re working on your career, your relationships, or your spiritual walk, trust that God’s grace will empower you to reach new heights.

In conclusion, I encourage you today to GROW IN GRACE. Let go of the pressure to achieve everything on your own. Trust in the grace that God has made available to you, and allow it to propel you into new levels of success and fulfillment.
