Kano State Appoints Ahmed Musa As Kano Sports Ambassador

Ahmed Musa has been appointed as the Kano State Sports Ambassador by the State Governor Abba Yusuf, Sports247 reports.

The appointment was contained in a letter from the office of the State Secretary, citing demonstration of capacity, dedication, professionalism and unblemished record displayed over the years in his career as the criteria for selecting Ahmed Musa for the role .

In his reaction, the Kano Pillars captain, says he is deeply honoured to be considered for the appointment.

Ahmed confirmed that he is excited to work in the capacity to empower the youths and promote sports across the state.

Ahmed Musa wrote via his X handle : ” I am deeply honoured to be appointed as the Sports Ambassador for Kano State!”

” This opportunity is a quite humbling, and I’m excited to work towards empowering the youth and promoting sports development across the state. Kano has a rich sporting heritage, and I can’t wait to contribute to building a brighter future for our athletes and communities.” Musa wrote.
