A lady has shared her struggles after leaving her comfortable lifestyle and businesses in Nigeria to move to the UK.

She took to social media to detail her experiences over 18 months in the UK.

Upon her arrival, she started working a cleaning job with an agency, which she described as an unpleasant experience.

Her situation worsened when she got a job with another agency that provided just enough money for her to eat.

In another post, she mentioned securing a cleaner position at a museum, reflecting on her previous role as a CEO in Nigeria.

In one emotional moment, she shared a video of herself in tears, revealing that she had felt suicidal that day as she remembered leaving her two spas in Lagos to work as a cleaner in the UK.

Although things began to improve with better job opportunities, she noted that she still couldn’t afford the luxuries she desired and had to settle for clothes from Primark.

Despite the challenges, she expressed gratitude to God for his support, stating that she isn’t where she wants to be yet but remains hopeful that things will eventually improve for her.
