Atiku, Obasanjo reunite at WOTCLEF's 25th anniversary

Former Nigerian Vice President Atiku Abubakar has expressed his delight at reuniting with his former principal, ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo.

They met at the 25th-anniversary celebration of the Women Trafficking and Child Labour Eradication Foundation (WOTCLEF) in Abuja

Atiku, who served as Vice President under Obasanjo from 1999 to 2007, described the meeting as a “profound privilege” in a personally signed statement on Monday.

He praised Obasanjo’s unwavering commitment and support for WOTCLEF, an organization dedicated to combating human trafficking and child labor in Nigeria.

Atiku tweeted; “It’s a profound privilege to stride alongside our esteemed former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, into the vibrant celebration of WOTCLEF Foundation’s 25th Anniversary in Abuja.
