Despite receiving a 30-day ‘Pay or Vacate’ notice from the landlord, Taiwo failed to comply, leading to her public eviction on October 18, 2024.

According to SaharaReporters, this incident is the latest development in the tumultuous relationship between Taiwo and Obasanjo.

Their estrangement gained public attention in 2023 when Taiwo sought forgiveness on Obasanjo’s behalf after he criticized traditional rulers in Oyo State.

However, Obasanjo promptly disowned Taiwo, questioning her mental health and denying their marital status despite their two children together.

Taiwo retaliated with scathing accusations, labeling Obasanjo a “wicked husband” and challenging his claims.
