Pacho and Doue, two of four summer signings yet to play in the Champions League, had contrasting performances.

Willian Pacho delivered an impressive defensive display on PSG’s left side, despite a minor error late in the match. He was actively involved, recording 119 touches, 74 of which came in the first half. Post-match, Pacho expressed his delight, saying, “Playing in the Champions League is a dream come true… I’m here to help the team and give my all.”

In contrast, Desire Doue struggled after substituting in for Bradley Barcola in the 63rd minute. He missed several easy crosses and displayed individualistic tendencies, drawing criticism from the French press, with L’Equipe labeling his display “worrying.” Despite this, manager Luis Enrique appears to maintain faith in Doue’s abilities.

PSG’s victory maintains their momentum, with Pacho and Doue gaining valuable experience in the Champions League.
