“I see you’re actually slow! No wonder u guys do business together. I don’t ever come here to talk about money. Your stupid client does.”

In response, Nelson hit back, stating that Wizkid hasn’t released a hit song in over four years. He pointed out that Wizkid’s younger counterparts, such as Tems and Ayra Starr, have now surpassed him in various aspects of the music industry. He further noted that, while Wizkid is focused on stirring conflict, Davido is busy launching a new collection with Puma.

By mentioning Tems and Ayra Starr, Nelson emphasized how their rise in the Afrobeats scene has overshadowed Wizkid’s recent work, marking a new era of talent in the industry. This clash has only intensified the ongoing rivalry between these Nigerian music heavyweights.
