BBNaija Season 9 is getting more intense by the day, and this week’s nominations have housemates and fans on edge.

With just a few weeks left to the finale, every action counts.

As eviction looms, fans are anxiously awaiting the fate of the housemates. Victoria, Shaun, Wanni, Kassia, Handi, Tjay, Onyeka, Nelly, and Anita are all up for eviction this Sunday, but who might be saying goodbye at the live eviction show on Sunday, September 22, 2024.

For the first time, three previous duos are nominated for eviction individually, Victoria and Shaun (previously called Shatoria), Wanni and Handi (formerly Wanni X Handi), and Anita and Nelly (known as Nelita).

 No Loose Guard House

This week’s eviction live show promises to be intense, as each housemate’s fanbase will be tested. Kassia and Kellyrae’s fans rallied last week, allowing both to survive despite being nominated together.

Other housemates who might pull through this week include Wanni, Handi, Shaun, and Victoria, given their solid fanbases from previous pairings. Sunday’s eviction show will reveal which of these housemates were the backbone of their partnerships.

On the other hand, we get to see for the first time the strength of Nelly and Anita’s fanbase. Currently, it’s hard to measure as they have both been lucky to have won HoH twice granting them immunity from possible eviction.

Although their ships give them an edge over others, it might not be enough to keep them in the game.

Also, there’s Onyeka, whose sister and partner Chizoba got evicted at the last eviction show. On the outside, she seems to have a lot of fans rooting for her, but that might not translate to votes.

Fortunately, unlike other housemates, she doesn’t face the risk of split votes because her partner has been evicted. Still, her partner’s eviction also shows that there’s barely any additional support for her.

Tjay’s partner Ben was also evicted last Sunday, which puts him in the same situation as Onyeka. However, given the perceived strengths of the other housemates facing eviction alongside him, Tjay appears to have the least chance of surviving the live eviction show on Sunday.
