“Who Am I That You Are Mindful Of me” – Elsie Okpocha celebrates mother’s birthday in grand style

Elsie Okpocha, the estranged wife of famous Nigerian stand up comedian Bright Okpocha, better known as Basketmouth, has celebrated her mother’s birthday in grand style.

The mother of three shared beautiful photos of her mother on her Instagram page with thanksgiving words.

Elsie Okpocha is thankful to God, who has been mindful of her. She thanked him for bringing her mother thus far.

She accompanied her message with colourful photos of people at the event and vibrant ones of herself and her daughters.

Kemi Filani recalls that in 2022, Basket Mouth and Elsie shocked Nigerians when they announced the end of their marriage.

Basket Mouth announced this on Instagram and assured them he would peacefully co-parent with his wife to care for their children.

The actor who didn’t give reasons for the divorce pleaded with the public to respect their privacy.

Basketmouth also shared the emotional moment he saw his first son, Jason Okpocha, off to college in the United Kingdom.

The father of four shared a video on his Instagram page where he bade farewell to his son.

He captured the moment they boarded the flight, registered in his hostel and the emotional hug between father and son.

Sharing the video, Basketmouth confirmed that he shed tears because he would miss his son and that the institution’s cost was high.

A proud Basketmouth shared lovely photos of himself and his son’s growth into his teenage years to adore and welcome him to a memorable 16th birthday.

The father of four declared the day a public holiday for his son, who is a king. He also noted that his first son is his everything.
