Beautiful on-air personality Toke Makinwa has spoken online amidst the news about her supposed marriage to her male friend, Farook.

She shared photos of her outfit from her thanksgiving church events on her Instagram page, accompanied by a thankful message to God.

The media personality turned actress dazzled in a white outfit. She is grateful for the beauty bestowed in replacements for the ashes.

She is also thankful for the crown of glory which she received.

“You have given me so much Beauty for Ashes and crowned my head with so much glory. My cup is running over.

My darling @bridalaccent made this dress, I feel like I’ve gained a sister in you. Thank you for bringing my vision.”

As usual, her timeline is flooded with beautiful comments and congratulations.

A few hours ago, Toke Makinwa appreciated God for standing by herself through her trials and tribulations.

She threw a thanksgiving 40th birthday party over the weekend in anticipation of her birthday on the 3rd of November. She appreciated God for not judging her the way the world judged her. Toke noted how God saw her through her divorce when she thought she was going to die.

She also noted how people had broken her heart, but God kept it together.

Recall that Toke Makinwa was married to fitness expert Maje Ayida, but the marriage crashed in 2016, after two years, on the grounds of adultery.

Kemi Filani recalls that Toke Makinwa spoke about her relationship with God and why she tore her prayer request.

On the X platform, Makinwa revealed that she tore all her prayer requests because she noticed that those who have tragedy befall them aren’t God’s enemies.

Toke made it clear that though she knows God is real, she is struggling to understand why there is so much pain in the world.

She however warned that people shouldn’t misquote her tweet, as she isn’t saying God doesn’t change things or prayer isn’t good but, she tore up her prayer requests cause people are often obsessed with what we want God to do next that they do not live in the moment whether it be good or bad.
