Enyimba beat Katsina United after Sunday lights out

Enyimba today beat Katsina United 3-0 to complete an NPFL clash that was suspended after floodlights at the Enyimba International Stadium in Aba failed.

Enyimba led 3-0 before the game was halted Sunday and there were no goals when it was concluded today.

‘The Peoples Elephant’ scored all three goals in the first half – Ekene Awazie (16^th minute), Ifeanyi Ihemekwele (30), Kalu Nweke (35).

Enyimba are second on the NPFL table with 12 points from five matches, a point behind new leaders Rivers United.
