The incident occurred on Saturday evening, and Faisal was pronounced dead at the hospital. His body has been returned home for burial arrangements.

A talented civil engineer, Faisal held undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Greenwich in London and was pursuing his PhD.

This heartbreaking loss comes on the heels of another tragedy, as the NNPC’s Group Chief Executive Officer recently lost his 23-year-old daughter, Fatima, who passed away in Abuja after a brief illness.
