While the initial prognosis does not seem severe, Barcelona are understandably cautious, especially given their recent history with injuries to key young players like Gavi, Pedri, and Ansu Fati.

Barcelona will be hoping Yamal recovers in time for crucial back-to-back fixtures against Bayern Munich in the Champions League and Real Madrid in El Clasico at the Santiago Bernabeu.
