Seyi, accompanied by his brother, friends, and associates, donated over ₦500 million worth of essential items to alleviate the suffering of those affected. This generous gesture aims to provide immediate relief and support the long-term recovery of the affected communities.

Addressing Governor Babagana Zulum and other dignitaries, Seyi acknowledged the resilience of the people of Borno State, who have faced numerous challenges. He expressed optimism that the state will overcome this tragedy and emerge stronger.

“We are here today, not just as representatives of our family but as members of a collective effort of young Nigerians to bring hope and relief to those who need it most,” Seyi said.

The donated items included food supplies, medical equipment, and survival kits:

– Food: cartons of spaghetti, tomato paste, groundnut oil, salt, bags of flour, rice, maize, Maggie, and thousands of loaves of bread

– Medical supplies: antimalarials, anti-hypertensives, antiparasitics, anti-diabetics, analgesics, and antibiotics for almost 50,000 children and adults

– Survival kits: 10,000 pieces of mosquito nets, blankets, mattresses, kettles, wrappers, buckets, mats, sanitary pads, and wash kits

Seyi praised Governor Zulum’s leadership and emphasized the importance of collective action. Chidi, a transport and logistics expert, and Isaac Balami, a renowned aviator, commended Seyi’s compassion and dedication.

Seyi’s words of encouragement resonated with the people of Borno State: “Together, we can rebuild and heal, for in unity, there is strength.

The Nigerian youth stand shoulder to shoulder with the people of Borno. We are in this together, and our thoughts and prayers are with you all.”
