“We lost a very dear one” Aremu and Gabriel Afolayan mourn mother’s death

Nollywood actors and siblings Gabriel and Aremu Afolayan have joined their elder brother, Kunle Afolayan to mourn their mother’s death.

A few minutes ago, Kunle Afolayan took to his Instagram page and announced the demise of his mother which came hard.

He shared that his mother’s demise is hard to accept but her good life is a comfort to them. He also sought prayers for himself and his family during this phase.

On Instagram, Aremu Afolayan shared a photo of his dearest Mon praying the Lord grants her Mercy to find happiness.

He wrote, “Maami…… Rest well. May the Lord in his mercy grant you happiness wherever you maybe. I love you.”

Gabriel Afolayan on his page, revealed that their home is not cool because they have lost a dear one. He declared how much he loved her and that he will miss forever miss her.

“Home is not cool. We lost a very dear one. You’d be greatly missed big mummy (iya Oyo). We all love you to bits. I will miss my gist and dance partner. Rest on #maami 🕊️. Big love to my sibs @kunleafo @aremumimostwantedlikecrudeoil”

Kemi Filani recalls that in 2023 Kunle Afolayan held a one of a kind 80th birthday party for his mother.

Before the party, he shared lovely photos of his mother, from her throwbacks at a young age to her meeting with her grandchildren and one of her current pictures.

In the same year, Aremu Afolayan penned a warming tribute to honour his mother’s sacrifice for him and his siblings.

In a lengthy emotional tribute, he detailed how his mother fought for their success and worked against all odds to see them satisfied despite lacking funds.

Aremu Afolayan also disclosed that his mother sold her outfit to put food on the table and ensure their well-being.
