His new single, “Piece of My Heart”, which features American R&B star Brent Faiyaz, broke the record for the biggest streaming day.

The single recorded 1.016 million streams on Spotify Nigeria in a day, becoming the first song to hit the 1 million stream mark.

This feat made Nigeria the 22nd country to see a song receive over 1 million streams on its Spotify Chart in a single day.

Globally, “Piece of My Heart” debuted at number 90 on the Global Spotify Chart with 1.7 million streams.

The song garnered 2.27 million streams worldwide on its first day of release, earning the biggest streaming debut for a song by an African artist in Spotify history.
