Leicester's resurgence started in the 64th minute when on-loan Brighton and Hove Albion star Facundo Buonanotte found the net, igniting hope for the visitors.

The turning point came shortly after when Southampton's Ryan Fraser was sent off for a foul on Jamie Vardy, leading to a penalty kick. Vardy converted the penalty in the 74th minute, levelling the score at 2-2.

As the match approached its conclusion, Leicester continued to press forward, and in dramatic fashion, Jordan Ayew scored in stoppage time to complete the comeback and secure all three points for Leicester.
