Kanye West has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, according to court papers filed on October 8 in the Los Angeles Superior Court of California

Pisciotta alleges that West gave her a drink laced with an unidentified substance during a music session in Santa Monica, California.

She claims to have felt disoriented and lost control over her body and speech after consuming the drink.

The complaint also states that Pisciotta initially had no recollection of the events that transpired but later learned what allegedly happened.

Kanye West allegedly confessed to a sexual encounter with Pisciotta, referencing the night in question.

Pisciotta had previously sued West for sexual harassment and wrongful termination earlier this year. These new allegations are part of an updated complaint.
